an enterpreneur is a person who has the thorough knowledge about how to start a business in a meaningful  way. An enterpreneur in its true sense is the one who takes takes the responsibility of taking over a new venture or an enterprize on its on ability .its been understood and accepted the fact that en enterprenuer is one who likes to take a lot of risks in startting a new venture but its actually a fake discription because to be  true an enterprenuer is a person who is totally risk averse.enterprenuership is often very tricky and difficult to carry on with and which can only be done by a person who has all the quality to be called a true enterprenuer.he the enterprenuer always like to earning more outcome on less input and thats one of the biggest and important quality that an enterprenuer need to possess.he needs to be a true leader and lead its whole unit in the best possible way. he need to coordinate the works of its members or workers in an unit so that they may gain the best possible results.team building is another quality that he as an enterpreneur need to possess. team building as it been said is not an easy job . you need to have a lot of patience to listen to your workers interest and try fulfilling them as you should consider them as the member of the family as the company is said to be the family and all other people who use to work in it is been considered as its member.you need to treat them well and make them happier by making a suitable working conditions for them and always try providing them with rewards like incentives and bonuses for performing better.it will encourage them to perform better and better and help the company reach its top most level.

Jesse Willms Has Set Up Three More Charities

Just like the other successful people in the world, Jesse Willms is now focusing on the activities to be a philanthropist. He has currently set up the charity partnership with three organizations, after previously had two charity partnerships. He was inspired by Warren Buffet and Bill Gates to keep giving and helping other people. He had helped children in poverty in his first charity through World Vision.

Later on he also gave charity to people in third world who are willing to be entrepreneurs so that these people can end the poverty chain. Generally, Willms prefer helping women, single parents, and children, because helping children means giving investment to the future. Recently, his charity programs include giving books and pajamas for children who are waiting to be adopted.

The man was also giving charity for children who are at risk of dangerous life, such as those who are in drug abuse or street life. These children are given the hope that life could be better, and that there is a way out of their problems. He also has the partnership with an organization providing housing, financing, and social services for 16-17 year-old children. They are usually homeless because children programs only handle them until they are 16.

What is an Entrepreneur?

The decision to be an entrepreneur is not a spur of the moment thing. An entrepreneur is a person who organizes and manages a business, assuming the risk for the sake of profit. An entrepreneur is a person who will build 100 companies in a lifetime. Therefore, an entrepreneur is an undertaker, a person who undertakes a task.

Being an entrepreneur is what you do and how you do it, not what your employee ID # is. Entrepreneurs are not more self-confident than non-entrepreneurs; and overconfidence is bad for business success

My personal definition of an entrepreneur is an individualist that acquires freedom and control of their own lives by helping others. If you talk to any entrepreneur they will tell you of all the ideas and experiments that did not work. Inspire Pharmaceuticals CEO Christy Shafer says the worst thing is that you are constantly busy and stressed out and have less time for family.
